For domestic orders within India, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. Custom-made or bespoke pieces may require 3-4 weeks for craftsmanship and shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, SVA Couture ships worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 15-20 business days.
Can I request a custom fit or alteration?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke tailoring services. You can provide your measurements in the 'Custom Size' section on the product page, or contact our style consultants for a personalized fitting session.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since most of our garments are made-to-order, we do not offer returns. However, we provide one-time free alterations if the fit is not perfect. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How should I care for my SVA Couture garments?
Due to the delicate nature of our hand-embroidery and premium fabrics, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our luxury ethnic wear.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and secure international payments via PayPal. Cash on Delivery is available for select domestic pin codes.
